This type of massage  targets specific problem areas,(ie: neck back and shoulder region, or foot  ankle  and calf).  This is a maintenance massage for those who are willing to keep up the service of their regular massages.   It can also be a great massage for someone who just is too busy to give up an hour of their day providing a quick fix for sore muscles.
